Adjunct Faculty for MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling

McKendree University’s MA Clinical Mental Health Counseling program welcomes applications for Adjunct Faculty to support the academic learning of MA students in the counseling program.  This position is responsible for teaching in our degree programs taught primarily in a face-to-face format.  Area of specialization is related to career counseling. Courses are offered in 8-week and 16-week sessions during the fall, spring, and summer terms.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Master’s degree in counseling or a closely related field. A Doctorate degree is preferred.
  • Clinical licensure (LCPC preferable).
  • A record of dedication to teaching with face-to-face and hybrid instructional experience.

FLSA Category: Exempt

Salary Range:

Regular undergraduate course rate: $1,875.00 per semester.  Regular graduate course rate: $1,950.00 per semester.

Higher rates may apply for courses with enrollment of 20+ students.
