Business Students Among 'Global Top 100' in Weekly Online Competition
(LOUISVILLE, Ky., February 25, 2015) — Two teams of business students at McKendree
University’s Louisville campus received national recognition recently, earning a Global
Top 100 ranking for their companies’ GLO-BUS performance. GLO-BUS is an online exercise
in which teams of students run a digital camera company in head-to-head competition
against companies run by other class members, competing in a global market arena.

in his Business Strategy and Policy class. During the week of Feb. 16-22, 2,312 teams
from 139 colleges and universities participated in the GLO-BUS simulation worldwide. Each
Monday GLO-BUS compiles and posts lists of the prior week’s best-performing companies

share, return on average equity, and stock price.
