The Human Resource Management Concentration MBA is available at McKendree’s Radcliff, Ky. campus. It focuses on the knowledge, analytical skills, and leadership abilities needed for senior-level HR jobs. The 36-credit curriculum has been formally aligned with the Society for Human Resource Management’s (SHRM) guidelines to equip graduates for human resources certification.

“McKendree’s MBA program has a tradition of being recognized for both quality and affordability," said Dr. Roxanne Beard, director of the university’s MBA program and associate professor of organization behavior and leadership. “Nationwide, the need for human resource professionals continues to grow, as there are more positions available than we have trained professionals. Because our curriculum is built on the SHRM Assurance of Learning criteria, employers know our graduates are well prepared to step in and lead this important function.”
