SCG Committee Duties & Responsibilities

Chairperson (or co-chairs)

• Serve as a liaison between SCG committee members and Director of Annual Giving and Advancement Systems.
• Lead 3 committee meetings during the course of each semester.
• Make a gift of at least $20.23 to the SCG campaign.
• Understand the importance of annual giving and philanthropy at McKendree.
• Be able to articulate at least 3 important reasons to support the Annual Fund.
• Solicit fellow graduating seniors to make a gift to the SCG.
• Attend all SCG events.
• Allow the Office of Development, Alumni and Parent Relations to use your name on letters to graduating seniors for the purpose of soliciting gifts.
• Have fun helping shape McKendree’s future!
