CIC Senior Leadership Academy

Dr. Alan Alewine, associate dean for curriculum, is participating in the Senior Leadership Academy of the Council of Independent Colleges and American Academic Leadership Institute. In a highly competitive selection process, 45 mid-level administrators were chosen from independent colleges and universities nationwide. Participants in the yearlong program acquire knowledge, skills and experiences necessary for the duties of a college or university vice president or officer.

Alan chairs the Undergraduate and Graduate Councils, convenes the General Education Review Committee, edits the Undergraduate and Graduate Catalogs; and works closely with the faculty to deliver a high quality education to students.
